SERVER RULES
These are the Server Rules. Make sure to read the Faction, Base and Cannoning Rules as well.
Rule #1: Spamming
Spamming is when you repeat the Same (or related) Message over three times in a short period of time.
FIRST OFFENSE: 30 Minute Mute
SECOND OFFENSE: 1 Hour Mute
THIRD OFFENSE: 1 Day Mute
RULE #2: Homophobic or Racial Slurs
FIRST OFFENSE: 6 Hour Mute
SECOND OFFENSE: 1 Day Mute
THIRD OFFENSE: Permanent Mute
RULE #3: Staff Disrespect
Staff Disrespect is when you Insult a Staff Member. Trash Talk is allowed however anything leaning towards Disrespect is not.
FIRST OFFENSE: 1 Hour Mute
SECOND OFFENSE: 1 Day Mute
RULE #4: Owner Disrespect
Any Disrespect towards the Owner can have varying punishments.
OFFENSE: Either a Warning, Mute or Ban
RULE #5: Extreme Toxicity
Extreme Toxicity is when you take Toxicity / Trashtalk to the next level and becomes highly disrespectful to the player.
FIRST OFFENSE: 1 Hour Mute
SECOND OFFENSE: 24 Hour Mute
THIRD OFFENSE: 1 Day Ban
RULE #6: Suicidal Encouragement
Suicidal Encouragement is when you say something to a player which may encourage them to commit suicide or hurt themselves.
FIRST OFFENSE: 1 Week Mute
SECOND OFFENSE: 1 Week Ban
THIRD OFFENSE: Permanent Ban
RULE #7: Dox / DDOS Threats
FIRST OFFENSE: BLACKLIST.
RULE #8: Advertisement
FIRST OFFENSE: BLACKLIST.
RULE #9: Blackmail
FIRST OFFENSE: BLACKLIST.
RULE #10: Exploiting Glitches / Bugs
If you find any Glitches / Bugs, alert the Staff Team immediately. Abusing them will result in the following punishment.

SECOND OFFENSE: BLACKLIST.
RULE #11: Buycraft Scamming
FIRST OFFENSE: BLACKLIST.
RULE #12: Chargeback
FIRST OFFENSE: BLACKLIST.
RULE #13: Stealing Accounts
FIRST OFFENSE: BLACKLIST.
RULE #14: Auto Clickers
FIRST OFFENSE (Admit): 14 Day Ban
FIRST OFFENSE (Proven to be Hacking with SS): 30 Day Ban
SECOND OFFENSE: 30 Day Ban
THIRD OFFENSE: Permanent Ban
RULE #15: Blacklisted Modifications / Hacking / Hacked Client
FIRST OFFENSE (And Admit): 14 Day Ban
FIRST OFFENSE (Proven to be Hacking with SS): 30 Day Ban
SECOND OFFENSE: 30 Day Ban
THIRD OFFENSE: Permanent Ban
RULE #16: Attempt to Crash Server / Crash Client / Lag Machine / Attempt to Lower TPS
FIRST OFFENSE: BLACKLIST.
RULE #17: Going over the Enchantment Limit (Applying over the normal amount of Enchantments allowed on a piece of Equipment)
EXAMPLE: Making a 20 Lore Helmet without a 20 Lore Armor Orb
FIRST OFFENSE: Equipment Removed and 1 Day Ban
SECOND OFFENSE: 3 Day Ban
THIRD OFFENSE: Permanent Ban
RULE #18: Derogatory Messages / Rape Jokes
FIRST OFFENSE: 1 Hour Mute
SECOND OFFENSE: 24 Hour Mute
RULE #19: Calling out Staff Abuse in Chat
NOTE: If you believe that a Staff Member is abusing, contact Toby (Owner) or Trochaic (Co-Owner) in Private Messages. If you believe a high-up staff member is abusing, only contact Toby.
FIRST OFFENSE: 1 Hour Mute
SECOND OFFENSE: 2 Hour Mute
THIRD OFFENSE: 4 Hour Mute
FOURTH OFFENSE: 1 Day Mute
FIFTH OFFENSE: 1 Day Ban
RULE #20: Backing into Enemy Claims
FIRST OFFENSE: 6 Hour Ban
SECOND OFFENSE: 12 Hour Ban
THIRD OFFENSE: 1 Day Ban
RULE #21: Maximum of 2x Fly Boost
FIRST OFFENSE: 6 Hour Ban
SECOND OFFENSE: 12 Hour Ban
THIRD OFFENSE: 1 Day Ban
RULE #22: Maximum of 5 Alt Accounts
INFORMATION: You are allowed more than 5 alt accounts on at once if you would like, however they cannot be used to duplicate items in ./dupemachines or using kits or anything related to this which could gather you wealth and loot, Basically meaning you are only allowed a maximum of 5 alts at once if you wish to use them to duplicate etc.
RULE #23: Have Common Sense
Do not try to bypass any of the Rules or claim that you didn't know about them. Just because a rule isn’t written down doesn't mean you cannot get punished for it. If we believe that what you are doing is wrong or not balanced then we will apply a punishment to you even if it is not on the rules.
If you think that the rule could be punishable, contact a staff member before doing it.
RULE #24: Spamming our communication lines
This Involves spamming commands like /bugreport, /suggest and /helpop.
FIRST OFFENSE: 6 Hour Ban
SECOND OFFENSE: 1 Day Ban
THIRD OFFENSE: 3 Day Ban
Additional Rules:
- No Printer Mining
- No AFK Printer Mining
- No Printer Farming
- No AFK Printer Farming
- No Inappropriate IGNs (e.g. Racist Remarks)
- No using an Excessive amount of Alts for Kits (Maximum of 5 Allowed however you can have more than 5+ on for afking)
