Disclaimer / Player Agreement: As a player of CelestialPvP, it is essential for you to be knowledgeable of the rules by reading, understanding, and agreeing to the rules, agreements, and policies that have been put in place on the network. By connecting to the network, you are automatically agreeing to play these rules.
- We expect players to stay up-to-date with the rules, as they may change without pre-given context or warning. Any attempt to bypass any of the rules that have been put in place on the network will result in a punishment.
- All rules are subject to the discretion of the administration team, they have the right to make calls such as reduce, revoke, add, or extend punishments as they see fit depending on the severity of the current situation. In certain cases, a member of management has the right to revoke, reduce, add, or extend any punishment made by an administrator at any given time.
- Discretion made by the Staff Team is FINAL. Unless there has been a mistake, the punishment is final and will not be changed.
- Your account is your own responsibility, punishments that were made on your account will stick with your account and will not be revoked even if proven you're not the user that committed the offense.
- We expect players to use "Common Sense" when playing on the network, using the "it's not on the rules" excuse may not be applicable in certain situations.
Payout Qualification
In order to qualify for a payout, you must meet the qualifications below. Failure to meet these qualifications may forfeit the payout and could be awarded to a different faction.
Your base must have at least 10 Chunks of walls.
All Base / Buffer, Spawner Placement & Hiding Value rules must be followed.
Bases must be built 24 Hours before Payout and have to have a minimum size of 3x3 Chunks and be built above ground.
Spawners have to be placed 24 Hours before a Payout.
Your main base must have a shield region set to be qualified.
Must have a minimum faction top value of $500,000,000 in order to qualify.
Faction Punishment System
The strike system is a system designed exclusively for punishing factions who break any of the rules. If your faction breaks a rule, a strike will be given. The more strikes that your faction has, the more value which will be automatically deducted from your value on Faction Top. If your faction reaches 5 Strikes, then you will be subject to disqualification.
1x Faction Strike: 10% Faction Value Deduction
2x Faction Strikes: 25% Faction Value Deduction
3x Faction Strikes: 50% Faction Value Deduction
4x Faction Strikes: 75% Faction Value Deduction
5x Faction Strikes: Disqualification from Payouts, Faction Disbanded, Base & Value wiped
Faction Warnings: Upon receiving a faction warning, you will have 12 hours to fix the illegalities. Failure to do so shall result in the next offence.
Note: Faction Value can be removed at any point depending on the severity of the situation, not just through the strike system. This can also include a Map Disqualification, Disband, or more strikes than stated. Faction Warnings, Strikes, and Disqualification will be carried over if a merge occurs and will always follow the Faction or Player. In order to qualify for a payout, you must meet the qualifications below. Failure to meet these qualifications may forfeit the payout and could be awarded to a different faction.

General Rules
1.1 - Insiding and Teleportation Trapping: Insiding is the process of when a Faction Member sabotages their own faction / former faction by taking value, teleporting people into their base, or griefing the base. If you are unsure of if your situation relates to this, please contact an Administrator before performing the action. Even if it was 'accidental' you will still be punished.
- Teleporting yourself or anyone else back to the faction's base is not allowed.
- 1st Offense: 30 Day Ban + Value returned
- 2nd Offense: Perm Ban + Value returned

New Change: A Maximum of 25 claims is allowed on the edge of spawn.
1.3 - Corner Claims: Factions must have 1 Corner Claim per faction. You are not allowed to have multiple corners in separate worlds. If you do manage to claim 2+ Corners, you are allowed to sell the corner within 6 Hours without punishment.- 1st Offense: Faction Warning

- Faction Hopping or Joining a Faction to help raid or defend and rejoining your original faction after is strictly prohibited. Under any circumstances, you are not allowed to join another faction and then rejoin your original faction in general.

Note: The first person that shoots their cannon and claims raiding timer owns the right to raid. Make sure to check for other factions before firing.

1.9 - Raid Sabotage / Preventing Profit: Raid Sabotage is the process by which either the Defenders of the Raid or another Faction sabotages an active raid. An example of Raid Sabotaging is chunkbusting the Base, Mining Spawners, or Breaking Base Defending Rules. If you are witnessing another Faction raiding, you are not allowed to interfere by trying to kill the Faction, taking the Raid, or destroying the cannon box.

1.12 - Cobble Monsters: Making any form of cobble monster structure is strictly prohibited.

1.13 - Abusing Faction Shield: Abusing Faction Shield such as having an alternative faction claim around a base or cannon box to provide a shield is strictly prohibited.

Note: If the defending faction does get breached, members of the defending faction are allowed to attempt to save their spawners that have been blown by the raiding faction.

Base Rules
2.1 - Illegal Defences: The list of items/blocks listed here aren’t allowed to be used as defences.
- All Variants of Crops/Plants, Chests, Carpets, Banners, Pistons, Walls, Pressure Plates, Fences and Fences Gates, and Anvils.
- Examples:
- Cactus, Sugarcane, Flowers, Vines, Chest, Enderchest, Oak Fence, Oak Fence Gate, Cobblestone Wall, etc.
- Examples:
- Brewing Stand, Enchantment Tables, Iron Bars, Beds, String, Item Frames, Signs, Ladders, Torches, Lava, Cakes, Soul Sand, Redstone, Repeaters, Comparator, Redstone Torches, Daylight Sensor, Tripwire Hooks, Levers.
- ANY OTHER BLOCK THAT COULD MAKE A BASE UNRAIDABLE!

- Sand Wand Limit: Factions can have a maximum of 60 sand walls per side.

2.4 - Base and Buffer Defences Rules:
- Anti-Nukes: You are not allowed to have any anti-nuke defences. These are described as defences that prevent a faction from fully nuking a wall.
- Regens: Any form of regenerating base defences is not allowed.
- Slab Limit: Factions can have 4 slabbed walls that have over 20 slabs per side.
- Patching Oceans: You are only allowed a maximum of 1 chunk of ocean (8 walls) per side of your base. Oceans count towards the buffer limit. This is described as an empty area that is fully sourced with water in line with the base buffer.
- Note: Pocket Oceans are allowed to be used to fully ocean the whole base.

- Counter Limit: You are only allowed 1 buffer counter and box per side of your buffer. Each counter can only be shot in the direction they were built (i.e. A buffer counter is built on the south side, so it can only be shot at the south side).
- Counter Defences: You are allowed to have a maximum of 4 chunks of walls on your buffer counter. You are not allowed to have a patching ocean, regens, or anti-nukes in line with your buffer counter.
- Note: Pocket Oceans are allowed to be used to fully ocean the buffer counter defences. An empty area that is fully sourced with water in line with the buffer counter is not allowed. This will be described as a patching ocean.
- 1st Offense: 1x Faction Strike + Removal of Defence / Cannon
- Spawner Box Limit: You may only have 2 separate spawner boxes.
- However, these boxes must have a 2x1 hole through which the raider can enter through!
- Spawner Protection Rules: You are not allowed to encase your spawners with any blocks, water, or lava. This includes having anything that destroys them. All spawners are required to have an air block on 4 sides of it, blocks can be placed above or below the spawner.
- Spawner Placement Rules: All spawners must be placed and stored in your shield region / main base. Spawners cannot be placed anywhere else except in an easily accessible box inside your shield/core region. Actively preventing profit during an active raid such as mining spawners, or burning/destroying your spawners will be deemed as Raid Sabotage [1.9].

Raiding & Defending Rules
3.1 - Wilderness Raiding or Floats: All cannons that are actively in use MUST be claimed, the cannon barrel/adjust must also be claimed/owned by the same faction. If you’re adjusting in the wilderness or shooting in the wilderness you will be punished. You are allowed to unclaim your land after attempting or breaching the base. The cannon shall not be unclaimed if blown up mid-raid unless the raiding faction is switching to another cannon (Switching Cannons Rules followed) or quits and leaves the area.

- Raiding Cannons:
- You must wait 15 minutes after the last shot to switch raiding cannons.
- Side / Buffer Counters:
- You must wait 5 minutes after the last shot to switch from a side counter to a buffer counter, from a buffer counter to a side counter, or from a side counter to another side counter.
- 1st Offense: 1x Faction Strike + 8 Hour Ban [Builder of the Cannon]
- 1st Offense: 1x Faction Strike + Potential Rollback on Raid
- Raid Claim Limit: You are only allowed 1 raid claim per side of a base.
- Raid Claim Size: You are allowed a maximum raid claim size of 14x14.
- Float Claim Size: You are allowed an additional float claim of up to 12 chunks long for adjusting.
- 1st Offense: Faction Warning

3.5 - Countering / Counter Claim Rules:
- Counter Claim Limit: There are no limitations regarding the amount of anti-raid claims you are to have on each raid claim/per side of a box.
- Note: This rule also applies to anti-side counters.
- Counter Claim Size: You are allowed a maximum countering claim size of 7x7.
- Counter Float Claim Size: You are allowed an additional float claim of up to 4 chunks long for adjusting.
- Counter Wall & Defence Limit: You are only allowed to have a maximum of 8 walls + box wall on your side counter with no slabs.
- Side Counter Limit: You may have not multiple side counters in one claim.
- Side Countering Restrictions: You are only allowed to side counter a raiding cannon from the outward side, you are not allowed to side counter a raiding cannon from the side near the world border [Border Countering] or from behind [Back Countering] or the front [Front Countering].
- Premade Sides: Factions are not allowed to have to have premade sides.

Cannon Rules
4.1 - General Cannoning Rules:
- Cannon Speed: The minimum cannon speed is 3 seconds (One wall broken every three seconds / per shot). Automatic cannons are legal if the legal cannon speed is followed. This also goes for Button Spamming, the cannon speed rule must also comply.
- The cannon speed limit for cannons that stack sand y5 and below is allowed to shoot every 0.5 seconds (i.e. One wall broken every .5 second / per shot).
- Illegal Cannons:
- Rev Nukes, Push Nukes, U-Fusions, Horizontal Pseudos, Horizontal Nukes, Multiple Wall One Shot, Chimney Cannons, Mid Airs, Corner Nukes, Wall Removers, Left or Right Shooters, Tnt Arrays, Worm Cannons. Any nuke larger than a 5-wide radius is not allowed.
- Legal Cannon Limitations:
- OverStackers (OS) is only legal with a 6 blocks limit. [Over Stacker height is recognized by any sand above the height of the initial sand stack]. You may not use an Overstacker as a Buffer Counter
- 1st Offense: 1x Faction Strike + 2 Day Ban [Builder]
- This includes shooting multiple cannons on built multiple sides of the raiding outpost at the same time to capture it.
- 1st Offense: 1x Faction Strike + 8 Hour Ban [Builder]
4.3 - Roof Cannons: Cannons shall not shoot at or above Y=255.
- 1st Offense: 1x Faction Strike + 1 Day Ban [Builder]
Raiding Outpost Rules
5.1 - Cannon Box Rules [Raiding Outpost]:
- Cannon Box Limit: You can only have one cannon box/cannon per raid claim and all cannon boxes must be claimed. Only one cannon box can be utilized during an active raid.
- Cannon Box Wall Limit: You are only allowed a maximum of 12 walls + box wall on each side of your cannon box starting from the box wall.
- Each wall must be 1 block thick and cannot have more than a one-block gap between them.
